HUB360 logistics platform delivers better customer experience for Mannok’s Merchants

Mannok have reduced their delivery related ‘Carbon Emissions by 50%’ using the HUB360 Platform.

HUB360 has streamlined the entire mixed loads management for Mannok UK & Ireland ( formerly The Quinn Group) through Our innovative digital platform. Every step of the complex load planning and building process has now been digitised, from the administration teams who receive the orders right through to the merchant who signs a digital delivery receipt and receives an instant electronic version of their despatch.

All incoming sales orders are analysed by HUB360 and a complete mixed load is digitally built and assigned to a driver. When “building” the loads, the system considers multiple orders at once, all containing multiple products to be collected at different facilities and all with different weights to be transported to multiple destinations.

HUB360 allows Mannok to maximise the space in their trailers, with loading and unloading and weight restrictions all balanced to ensure optimum efficiency. Each load is allocated digitally to a driver, with an assigned collection sequence and delivery route.

A full suite of new hardware devices has been rolled out in Mannok, with all drivers using hand-held devices and forklifts fitted with specialist tablet units which all feed back into the HUB360. This gives the Mannok despatch and administration teams real time visibility of order progression to delivery.

For merchants, the new streamlined system will ensure greater efficiency, real time visibility of order status and eliminate the paperwork associated with deliveries.

This HUB360 App is not only an extension of HUB360, it gives greater visibility and order management capabilities, but it will also give merchants access to a full suite of resources and technical information.
